Our machines come with smart touchscreens and support cash, coins, credit cards, and mobile payments (including WeChat, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and integration with major systems like Nayax).

The machine is shipped by sea, and the shipping time varies depending on the country, generally taking 45-60 days. Accessories are shipped via courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), which typically take 5-7 business days.

Machines are equipped with a remote inventory management system (IoT). You’ll receive alerts on your phone when stock is low or temperatures fluctuate. Daily maintenance includes wiping the screen, cleaning the pickup area, and checking the condenser filter.

Our machines have 24/7 remote monitoring. If a product gets stuck, the system automatically issues a refund or an e-coupon to the customer. Our tech team also provides 24/7 online support to resolve issues quickly.

Standard models take about 15-20 days for delivery; customized models take around 30 days.

We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole machine.If the machine suffers non-human-caused damage during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
